Returns & Exchanges
Collina Strada accepts returns on full-priced, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that sale items, masks, and customized pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects and approves the condition of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
